I'm working with a Warwickshire based, creative, digital and brand design unit that have a well-respected amount of longevity as a leading Midlands agency, with a deluxe client base to go alongside! My client, a small yet mighty unit of creative thinkers are growing considerably after a particularly pacey couple of years and are looking for a Motion Graphics Lead to help to continue their journey.

With video and motion content leading the way in the industry currently and set to for the years to come, this agency is eager to give an ambitious and enthusiastic individual the opportunity to push, lead, and direct this flourishing arm of the business. You'll bring with you a wealth of knowledge and excitement for motion and have stellar understanding of how it can play its part in each design project, for any brand in any industry. You'll be strategic, thorough, and confident, whilst at the same time withholding admirable traits of a true creative, you'll be hands on, motivated and seek to push design boundaries!

You'll need..

Minimum of 3 years agency experience
Impeccable skills across Adobe After Effects & Premier Pro
A conceptual skill, to ensure you'll be comfortable conceptualising the creative strategy, through to story boarding and then final output
A hunger to progress your career and grow a team beneath you
Confidence and enthusiasm during client liaison meetings
A strong portfolio evidencing your creative ability
