Conrad Consulting are working exclusively with an award winning Architectural practice based in Birmingham city centre, seeking 2 Architects to join their studio. Based in an open, welcoming office, you will be joining the practice as an Architect working on a variety of exciting projects and sectors.

The practice have been established for near on 20 years, in which time they have established themselves as a key practice in Birmingham. Core sectors worked within include Residential, Education, Commercial and Sports & Leisure projects, offering the Architect applying for this position the opportunity to work within a wide array of sectors.

An Architect is now required to join the practice to facilitate further growth throughout the business. An Architect with job running experience and demonstrable ability to work at all RIBA stages would be ideal for this position, although job running isn't necessarily essential at this stage. As an Architect, you will receive ongoing training and development to further progress your career in the industry. The practice consists of Architects and Technologists with a wealth of industry experience, both in practice and academically. There's very few practices in Birmingham that can offer this kind of opportunity to develop!

To be successful in applying for this role as an Architect, you will ideally hold at least a years post qualification experience within a private practice environment. Particular sector experience in Residential, Education and Commercial projects would also be highly beneficial. The practice use AutoCAD & Revit throughout the office, so experience using these software packages would also be looked upon favourably.

Qualifications and experience required for this position as follows:

RIBA 1/2/3 qualifications, as recognised by the RIBA board.
Current registration with the ARB as an Architect.
Cross sector experience
AutoCAD & Revit proficiency

In return, you will be offered an attractive salary and benefits package, likely to be in the region of £32,000-£38,000 per annum dependant on experience.
