Architectural Designer / Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £48000/annum
Brookwood are searching for an experienced, Mandarin-speaking, Architectural Designer / Architect with excellent Revit skills, to work for an Internationally acclaimed design studio based in London. This leading studio specialises in luxury commercial projects, combining innovative design with technical feasibility, for the creation of projects ranging in scale, from visionary masterplans to carefully curated interiors and products. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination preferably on large-scale, international projects.
About the role:
-Working on a ‘base build’ stage of a project in Revit
– Managing, coordinating, and arranging the tasks for the design team
– Working to a consistent pace from conception to completion with timekeeping and efficiency in mind
– Ensuring the correct documentation is complete
– Ensuring BIM and CAD standards are kept at a high level while developing the Teams BIM/CAD abilities
– Engaging with technical documentation and detailing
– Liaising with external design parties and offer efficient response to technical and design challenges
About the Candidate:
-In-depth experience on large- scale projects/mixed use or luxury retail/hospitality.
-High level knowledge of all architectural project stages
-Interested in Base Build coordination
-Experience on schedule management and project organisation for the design team, external partners, and clients
-Excellent knowledge of Revit and Autocad (Rhino would be a bonus)
-Strong visual, story-telling skills
-Mandarin speaking is preferred
-Experience in China is a bonus
