Architects specialising in BIM! We are currently working with a multi award-winning practice, best known for their works in the cultural and civic sectors of architecture. They are currently looking for a BIM architect to join their team located in the city of London.
Our client is a passionate and culturally inclined practice, who's works have been admired and awarded for their transformative approach to design. They take pride in collaborating with ambitious and visionary clients and have developed large-scale designs that span deeper than just buildings but as entire urban propositions that express identity, culture and passion. In addition to this, the practice has been founded by a RIBA Stirling Prize winning Architect who often works closely within the medium sized team.
Our client is looking for an experienced BIM Architect who is looking to engage in new and eccentric projects. The role is anticipated to be a technical role and to qualify the candidate must fit the following criteria:
Advanced skill and knowledge in BIM/Revit Modelling.
Ability to draw and detail for the development and delivery of drawing packages.
Experience across all RIBA stages – but particularly stages 3-5, with on-site experience.
Ability to work and support the leading team as well as the wider external design team and external consultants.
Strong software skillset in Rhino – and ability to link Rhino and Revit projects.
Experience working on cultural and commercial projects.
A motivated and vibrant candidate who can adapt well to a team.
