This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multidisciplinary Designer to join a highly reputable brand-led creative agency in Warwickshire. Our client is looking for a motivated all-round Designer who loves to animate, edit and design across multiple channels, with a particular passion for motion. This full-time permanent role offers a hybrid working structure if needed, with 3 days based in their central Leamington Spa office and up to £40k salary DOE.

The Role
You will be a multiskilled creative with a love of motion and proven experience working in a design team, either in an agency or in-house studio. Your role sits in a team alongside Graphic Designers, Design Directors and a Creative Director who all work on pitch presentations, brand development, campaigns, brand communications and more. Depending on the project you will either work collaboratively with other members of the team or solo on projects specific only to your specialism (i.e animation). The animation function is intended to be brought into design solutions that work best 'moving' for maximum engagement, whether that be consumer projects or B2B presentations.
About You
* First and foremost, you love animation! Ideally, you can put your hand to layout and design, however, if you are strong in animation with an ability to use InDesign then we would still love to hear from you
* Have an understanding and love of all digital media, with a strong passion for motion
* Have worked in an agency or in-house studio environment
* Desirable skills/experience include an ability to turn your hand to basic Front End, WordPress and Email design, and/or Cinema 4D. The more skills the better!
* Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and proficient in InDesign
* Are proactive and highly motivated with an understanding and love of branding
* Have an impressive portfolio and showreel to showcase your both design eye and motion work
