This well-established practice has been providing premium Architectural services to the region for decades and as such have forged an excellent reputation resulting in an ever-growing list of loyal, long-term clients whilst winning multiple awards along the way!
Having managed to steer through a difficult period during this last year the business has secured a busy project schedule and with that comes an opportunity to grow the company and build upon previous successes.
As such an ambitious Architect with exceptional design skills is required to come on board and help in the delivery of design projects in both the Residential and Commercial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect who already has a couple of years' experience under their belt and wants to join a supportive company that will help them to develop their career within the industry.
Architect Requirements:
ARB/ RIBA Chartered Architect
2-4 years post qualification experience within the UK
Demonstrable experience within the Residential & Commercial sectors will be desirable
Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Microstation, Sketch Up and Creative Suite is preferable but not essential as training can be given
Ability to progress projects through all RIBA work stages
Capability to develop creative construction detailing
Confident communication skills particularly in a client-facing capacity
Self-motivated and strong work ethic
The successful Architect will be joining a friendly and collaborative team who have managed to create a great working atmosphere. The company are currently following Covid procedures and so you may be expected to work from home initially.
You will receive a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £30-£35k plus benefits.
