Salary : £38000 – £40000/annum

Seasoned Project Architect required to spearhead a variety of projects within the Living sector project team for our award winning Architectural client who have a large Practice based in North Leeds.

Having garnered a reputation for delivering sustainable striking design concepts with a rich history spanning over 40 years, they currently boast a talented team of 25+ designers and Technologists and are based regionally in a modern open plan studio within walking distance of a delightful semi-rural town.

Due to a diverse and robust workload our client are now looking to add to their talented team of Architects. Required is an ARB registered Chartered Architect with at least 5 years post RIBA part 3 experience preferably with some previous exposure to projects within the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure Sectors.

Requirements of the Project Architect:

*RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with at least 5 years post qualification experience

*Practical design experience within the Living sector including Social and Private sector housing, Extra Care and Care schemes

*An excellent approach and attitude toward high quality design solutions

*Technically competent designer who has experience of projects from inception to completion

*Ability to undertake sketch/feasibility schemes to assess site viability

*IT literate in terms of all current computer packages and presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop, REVIT desirable)

*Excellent hand-drawing, illustration and presentation skills

Salary offered is between £37,000 and £40,000 depending on previous experience, plus generous benefits package, agile / remote flexible working.
