Lead UX Designer
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary :
Calling all Senior/Lead UX Designers Woodrow Mercer are currently inundated with contracts outside IR35 on a 3 month rolling basis with some of our top clients across sectors including design agencies, insurance, banking and much more.
You will primarily be responsible for leading the design, production and implementation of our clients products.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate customer requirements
Design, implement and maintain reusable layouts, components and themes
Share knowledge across the business of UI/UX/Design best practices
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Be a point of access for customer enquiries during the design, development and testing process
Provide accurate estimates for internal and external design requirement
Collaborate with product management and software development teams
Your skills and attributes
A minimum of 5 years experience in a UX designer role
UI knowledge
Experience with either Figma or Sketch
Experience of web analytics, conversion rate optimisation and variant testing
Experience of working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
5 star communication skills
Motivated and self driven
A keen eye for detail
