If so we are representing a tremendous Practice in Harrogate who are seeking to attract a talented and client facing Architectural Technologist, our client boast a hugely varied portfolio of striking and complex commissions across the Residential (New Build, Bespoke Builds, sensitively restored conversions) Sports and Leisure, Education and Conservation sectors.

The practice have four strategically located UK offices and boast a hugely talented team and have a very slick studio in Harrogate they call home. Ability, enthusiasm and tenacity of their staff members is fundamental to succeeding in this practice, hard work and commitment is rewarded with numerous recent promotions to Associate level off the back of this success ethos.

Required is a degree qualified technically savvy Architectural Technologist with a minimum of three years post qualification experience ideally within a Practice environment, we are looking for someone who has a genuine keen eye for Technical design with much of their current and future workload at RIBA stages 4-7. You will be expected to take a project from the planning stage to through to delivering meticulous packages of working drawings, a prerequisite is someone who understands how buildings are put together and constructed on site. Naturally we need someone with client facing ability and capable of running site meetings and engaging with contractors, previous job running experience on projects of up to £10m in value would also be beneficial. You will form part of a wider delivery team and subject to the relevant level of experience being attained a project lead role is available.

REVIT is the software of choice within this practice so previous experience of delivering construction packages in BIM / REVIT format is highly desirable.

Salary circa £35,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
