We are looking for a highly competent Architectural Technician who holds the desire to progress to a senior level and beyond as this company will provide you with all the support and guidance needed to achieve this.
Architectural Technician Requirements:
A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
Ability to demonstrate the standards defined by CIAT
Demonstrable UK Architectural industry experience
Excellent presentation skills generally with good freehand drawing ability
Revit skills with the ability to visualise objects in 3D are highly desirable
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Sketch Up
Knowledgeable of UK planning application process and UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Flexible working is also on offer, enabling all team members to start between 8am & 10am and finish between 4:40 and 6:30pm each day.
