Junior – intermediate level Architectural Technologist required to join a national Multi-disciplinary Architectural Practice based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Their multiple award-winning portfolio consisting of both large and small scale projects includes Retail, Residential, Leisure, Hospitality, Commercial and distribution projects, all of the work undertaken is across the whole of the UK. Their extensive list of clients includes national developers, main contractors and end users.

The Role – Junior – Intermediate Architectural Technologist

The role on offer here is to support a wider projects delivery team in the successful technical delivery of various projects within the commercial sectors predominately. Schemes are at various stages at either planning or Building regulation stages. Typically, project typologies range in value from £5.0m up to £50m! Previous REVIT experience would be ideal but is not essential, fundamentals are to secure someone who is a keen learner, team player and is keen for career advancement.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required for the Junior Technologist.

* Degree qualified Architectural Technologist with circa 1-2 years practice experience.
* Possess experience in a range of sectors and project types, ideally some of this being commercial buildings.
* Proficiency in the use of either Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD or Adobe Suite.
* Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal.

* Team player, keen for career advancement.

* Full UK Driving licence
* Eligibility to work within the UK is essential.

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package dependant on experience, likely to be in the region of £20,000 – £25,000 per annum.
