Retail Planner

Salary :
A busy design agency near Colchester are looking to recruit a CAD Planner to carry out 2D/3D existing & proposed space plans and technical drawings. The role will involve producing drawings and possibly carrying out measured surveys. They are keen to recruit a CAD Planner with a good eye for detail, so if you have AutoCAD and/or Revit experience then we want to hear from you.
Duties
Drawing 2D/3D existing & proposed space plans, initial concepts and technical drawings.
Carry out and support Senior and Lead Planners/Designers with measured surveys.
Sending and receiving data electronically
Various other admin related duties, including creation of and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
Skills & Experience
Must have AutoCAD experience.
Revit experience preferred but not essential.
Adobe Creative suite preferred but not essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good numeracy and literacy are essential skills.
Own transport is essential.
Must be willing to travel and stay away overnight when required.
Candidates need to be well motivated, good team players with good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
Be flexible both in the office and on surveys.
Benefits:
Hours 8.30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 25 days with service.
