Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Salary : £17000 – £20000/annum DOE
I am currently on the lookout for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join one of the South Hams’ leading architectural practices. They have two offices in the UK, both located in the beautiful seaside towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe.
You will be joining a passionate and design-focused team that encourage in house training of Architectural staff.
This RIBA chartered practice focuses on luxury, high-end residential projects, as well as managing house extensions, new builds, and small-scale housing developments (up to 20 houses) in the South Devon region. This prominent Architectural company has a team of 18 and have taken on 4 new staff in the last couple of months due to their expanding workload.
As they actively encourage the in-house training of staff, they pride themselves in the positive working environment as well as the success of the outstanding work they produce.
As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, they actively support you in developing your Architectural skillset, by allowing you the opportunity to work on projects that you require. Although they appreciate working in-office, this leading practice offers flexible working hours – with most staff now working 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
The Position: Part 1 Architectural Assistant
Part 1 qualified
AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
Planning applications
Ability to work on your own and to deadlines
Experience and interest in Residential The salary for this position is dependent on experience but ranges from £17K – £20K.
