Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum

A highly successful mid-sized Architectural practice requires a Senior Architect with notable urban design ability to join their team in Essex.

This award-winning company have forged an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative projects from inception through to completion largely within the Residential sector.

Despite the challenges we have all experienced this last year, this robust practice has been well placed to navigate through the uncertainty and their determination has seen them continue to successfully deliver design solutions to a whole host of clients which include large, multi-national companies, private sector developers, public sector organisations and private individuals.

After securing numerous new and exciting project instructions, their pipeline is loaded and puts the business in a great position to grow. As such, a Senior Architect is required to become an important part of the company's future.

Current projects include multi-unit Residential schemes for developers, masterplans and bespoke high-end houses.

The ideal Senior Architect will have demonstrable experience of working within the Residential sector as well as possess an extra specialism in Urban Design. Both AutoCAD and Revit are utilised at the practice and so proficiency with these software packages.

Senior Architect Requirements

RIBA / ARB registered Architect
Excellent Urban Design ability
Demonstrable UK Architectural industry experience within the Residential sector
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
Good communication skills are essential
Full UK Driving License – ideal

A highly competitive salary is on offer, likely to be in the range of £38-£45k plus benefits.
