The Ideal Candidate
* Have a positive, flexible approach, the ability to think on your feet, and be a highly organized multi-tasker who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Will be able to communicate effectively on all levels, both with clients and with internal teams, and have a clear sense of commercial prioritisation.
* Should be comfortable working with numbers. IT and tech savvy, with strong technical skills across the board including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
* Will be using our bespoke studio management system, so need to be a fast learner to pick this up and run with it.
* Have a right first-time mentality with the ability to spot potential issues before they arise, heading them off at the pass. Also have talents to creatively solve problems when they do occur.
Working under the guidance of the Head of Production, and in close communication with the Senior Management Team, you will perform a central role within the business ensuring projects run smoothly.
The role –
* Maintaining close relationships with clients in a professional and friendly way
* Understanding client briefs and preparing clear and concise documents
* Arranging castings, booking models & freelance resource as required
* Maintaining client specifications and ensuring all job details are correct
* Ensuring all aspects needed for each shoot are in place and on schedule
