One of the UK's leading Housing Associations is seeking an experienced Digital Experience Executive to join the Digital Design Team on a 12 month FTC. Reporting directly into the digital experience manager, you will assist in developing and driving the digital experience roadmap. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop best in class digital presence and services.
THE ROLE:
Delivering high-quality digital content across all digital channels
Developing and maintaining digital channels and platforms to ensure digital needs are met
Ensure all content is optimised, tagged and tracked appropriately according to set digital standards
Managing content management systems and any other platforms used for digital
Conducting analysis using Google Analytics across all digital channels to highlight customer pain points
Collaborating with other departments to improve engagement to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the organisation Teams
Support the development of digital reports to analyse and influence future digital activityTHE PERSON:
Must have experience working on Content Management Systems ideally Sitecore
Experience of editing and creating external digital content following online copywriting standards on desktop, mobile and social channels
In-depth understanding of web analytics, ideally Google Analytics
Extensive experience editing multimedia content
Good understanding of digital UX, design and development
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
