An award-winning product design consultancy based in the West Midlands is looking for a bright and highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to work on in-house graphics projects.
As part of the graphic design team you will create, manage and deliver high-end graphic design for both digital and print across the business. This is an entry level role which would be perfect for a recent graphic design graduate or a junior graphic designer looking for their next opportunity.

Responsibilities include:
Working across the business to help create first class graphic and branding solutions
In-house projects include web content, layouts, asset building and implementing brand consistency across all graphic design output
Assist in developing and managing the brand through high quality and consistent graphic output across all touchpoints from communications to building signage
Act as brand guardian
Help to create concepts and final artwork for adverts, brochures, flyers and other sales literature and manage the successful delivery
Assist in creating graphic content for the website and social media channels
Help to manage the graphic content, layout and user experience of the website
Help to create graphic input to videos for the website
Help to manage the posting and integration of video content onto the website
Help publish and manage posts on social media channels
Help to create high quality photographic output of launched client products, teams at work and various other images for marketing.
Key skills required: –
Recent graphic design graduate or junior in-house graphic designer
An advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
A knowledge of Spotler, Mailchimp and WordPress is desirable
Calm and resilient with a positive can-do attitude
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident to liaise at all levels and build strong working relationships with stakeholders
A desire to learn and continually improve your skills
