Ambitious and career driven Architectural Technologist / Technician required to join a busy Architectural Practice situated in the delightful market town of Skipton, North Yorkshire, the business are working remotely currently.

This Multi-disciplinary Architecture & Interior Design Practice recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary and have grown an enviable reputation for delivering quality award-winning design. They boast a portfolio of work spanning multiple sectors, many of these being repeat clients date back to the company's inception ensuring they are a thoroughly robust business who can guarantee career advancement for the right candidates.

As the successful Architectural Technologist / Technician you will be part of the Residential and Energy team, initially you will be working on projects providing electronic charging forecourts to satisfy the demand on the electronic car industry, the projects will be cutting edge with new technology and will be throughout the UK. The residential work is a variety of niche development projects, these range from bespoke new build single units to conversions of derelict properties into residential usage.

The team you will join is a major part of the business and held in high regard, therefore it is important you are an excellent team player and committed to culturally promoting the business in a positive way.

Requirements of the Architectural Technician/Technologist

* A degree in Architectural Technology or HNC.
* CIAT registered, or an aspiration to achieve CIAT in the next 3 years

* Proficient in AutoCAD, opportunity to learn and advance REVIT once in post.
* Experience on a mixture of project work, minimum of 3-5 years' overall experience.
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* Understanding of construction programming/sequencing, deadlines and cost control
* Open to continued learning and development of technical knowledge and construction techniques

* Ability to produce accurate and precise detailed construction drawing packages.

This role may include some occasional site based travel, therefore you must have a driving licence. This role is Skipton based with remote and flexible working available.

Salary offered is between £26,000 – £34,000 depending on experience + excellent employee benefits package and career progression opportunities.
