Global Head of Marketing

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Global Head of Marketing based in London. The successful candidate will earn £90,000-£120,000 + generous bonus etc.

This will be an incredibly rewarding position, it is a newly created role working for a fast-expanding technology company who are incredibly well positioned in the market place. You will be responsible for creating and delivering multi-channel marketing programmes and measuring their impact.

Under your tenure you will cover all aspects of marketing, taking the lead for the entire function.

Your influence as the Global Head of Marketing will be highly tangible, the content and campaigns you help create will really impact their future roadmap and growth.

Role Requirements

A background in B2B marketing, ideally with a financial sector-based business, buy-side, fund management or a software vendor.
Experience with content generation; digital and print content, including case studies, SEO, PPC, product collateral and presentation material.
Automation skills; marketing campaigns including template creation and list processing.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or a related field) with 3-5 years prior business development, direct marketing or consulting experience.
You will be building a marketing team so experience hiring, succession planning, managing a team etc is important.
Your English written skills must be perfect, you are in charge of proofreading your work and all published material.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Platforms (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) CRM system usage. Proficiency with HTML, content management systems and design software.
Ability to self-create. You will need to take ownership and be very hands-on. The senior leadership team will rely on you for marketing expertise and your decisions will directly affect their revenue and reputation.
Role Responsibilities

Plan and execute events; conferences, webinars, promotional events, engaging content.
Manage social media channels, e.g. LinkedIn and Twitter. Update content for the website.
Proofread this content and plan future strategies and campaigns.
Help facilitate market surveys, attend conferences, provide event feedback.
You will be a senior marketing professional with successful experience leading B2B marketing programmes that are the foundation for successful client engagement.
Ability to drive record-high ROI marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Run the marketing budget and report to the board on expenditure.
Understand what your clients want so that more relevant, targeted content can be created by you and your team.
