The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Outsource UK's Programme Managers in coordinating all candidate related recruitment activities; from the application stage through to offer and rejection.

You will be working with a key customer in ensuring the best candidates are selected and presented to hiring managers and that all candidates' applications are acknowledged and receive a professional and best in class experience, throughout the recruitment process.

This is an entry level position where you will be given training and mentoring to enable you to achieve your probationary targets and launch a successful career in Recruitment.

We will consider applications for both full and part-time hours. Full time hours are Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.

Skills

We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoys the challenge of interviewing candidates and matching them to multiple vacancies.

To be successful you must be highly organised and thrive on working in a fast paced working environment. You enjoy talking to people and have a confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills to match!

Location

We are proud to be centrally located in Manchester. After training, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid model of working – both home and office based.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are office based
Tuesday and Friday – home based, if you wish to be.Benefits
