Our client are a brand communications agency. They create for a range of industries from arts and music to fashion, food, education, tech, charity, architecture, retail and places.
We are looking for a web/interactive designer to join our studio.
The role:
* We are looking for a desire to produce innovative work
* With an interest in other platforms, AR, VR and XR
* Working closely and collaboratively with directors to help shape the digital offer from the internal process through to external communication
* Define creative direction across areas
* Such as web, moving image and immersive platforms
* Communicate with developers, designers, producers and clients and work on digital projects from inception to completion
* Work within the scope of projects efficiently and effectively
We are also looking to grow our digital eco system so we’d expect you to be embedded within the digital community, and to contribute and input into identifying great people to work and collaborate with on projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, grow and eventually lead our digital department.

What we are after:
A creative leader comfortable with initiating new ideas which resonate with the audiences they are looking to engage.
You’ll be comfortable working across all aspects of a project from concept to delivery. You’ll know how to lead projects and teams, and divide your time between work and stakeholders to keep to deadlines.
Every day is different and could include working on campaigns, online, packaging and more, so versatility in your portfolio is key.
Confident when it comes to communication, you’ll be able to present ideas both internally and externally, and have experience managing and/or mentoring juniors; using your expertise to bring out the best in your team. Agency experience would be preferred.
