Project Architect – Workplace Innovation
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £44000 – £48000/annum + discretionary bonus
One of the major impacts the pandemic has had on our livelihoods is where and how we work – a design studio that innovated new workplace design pre + during the pandemic is now in a unique hiring position.
We are working with a top-tier practice who were an early innovator in workplace design. Having pushed the boundaries early on in 'what a modern-day workplace could look like', they have now set a reputation as a pioneer in this sector.
We are now on the hunt for a project architect with established design and technical skills within workplace projects, to work on a high-profile mixed-use workplace scheme here in London. The studio operates in a BIM project environment and require Revit proficiency in all architectural hires.
You will play an integral role through the entire project lifecycle including conceptual design, hands-on technical design, and on-site construction.
Additional projects range from new build, retrofit and refurbishment schemes, with construction values up to and in excess of £100M, including high-rise towers, Passivhaus & Zero Carbon projects.
Previous research / innovation experience on UK projects is highly desirable, but not essential.
