This brilliant boutique design agency is going through a period of exciting change, largely down to a superb Creative Director who has been recently appointed. With 35 years of experience in their field their team of 15 has a great foundation to build on.
The lifeblood of the agency is creative, strategy and digital – harnessing all three elements to create cutting-edge campaigns for their clients. They aim to build brand engagement by creating meaningful connections through storytelling, experiences, and interaction.
In this Senior Designer, they are looking for the ability to craft original ideas that address complex business issues, and then bring them to life with your digital design prowess. Mentoring more junior members of the design team and always looking to elevate the level of craft and thinking.
Outside of the standard design skills, they're looking for someone who is always looking to extend the reach of design briefs using new methods and innovative thinking.
You'd be integral to the brief process, working closely with clients and account handers to really get to grips with what is needed, then scamping ideas that work across a variety of layouts and designing storyboards that really bring the user experience and subject matter to life.
Based between Brighton and Southampton means the need to drive is crucial. They would like people to be in the office 2 days a week as a minimum, they feel it's important for the collaborative approach they champion.
