Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: Up to £33,000 Basic + Benefits
Evolve Recruitment are on the lookout for a Personal Assistant who will provide confidential executive assistant support to the FD and other senior executives as required on an ad hoc basis.
Responsible for providing support to the Finance Director in collating and preparing information for the Board Pack in line with regular board meetings.
Responsible for providing support to the Finance team with collating all details & information for the monthly MIP
Draft/update presentation materials and other documents for internal and external use
Responsible for managing calendars, prioritising deadlines and resolving timing conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings and communications with internal and external parties – this includes managing the statutory calendar for finance and company filing deadlines
Organise and co-ordinate meeting arrangements, such as conference arrangements, agenda, minutes circulation and other admin tasks
Manage filing, scanning & signing of documents, manage expense claims and time sheets – this will involve providing adhoc support to the finance team where required
Office management responsibilities, including communication with auditors, R&D consultants etc.
Administration of on-line resources, including subscriptions and account management tasks
Support engagement with the wider team, managing deadlines and deliverables
Assist with management of reporting deadlines and operations
Maintain contacts book and support on-going engagement
Undertake ad-hoc projects and roles as required and perform other tasks as assigned
Support team and business development activities, including participation in corporate events, social engagements, conferences and other networking activities. Support other colleagues in maintaining the agenda, organise events and manage attendance. Co-ordinate with other parts of the business and team as required
Manage travel arrangements, booking travel and managing itineraries
Proven ability in a demanding PA role supporting a FD or within a complex finance function
Knowledge of finance department and financial processes
Experienced at working appropriately with highly confidential information as a main role requirement.

Takes responsibility for own performance management and development
Proven strong PC/Mac knowledge including use of Microsoft Office Suite, including proficient excel, word & power point skills
Ideally previous Adobe experience
Ideally previous Sage experience
Previous Sage Payroll experience would be beneficial to this role
