The end-client – a well-known sports / fashion brand – is focussed on market position in a competitive and innovative retail environment and needs our client to support, enhance and drive the success of their in-store execution.
The diversity of products, services, retail environments and the complex challenges of in-store window and shop in shop campaigns require a strong opinion and a passionate interest in retail marketing.
As a Creative artworker, you will be responsible for all adaptation working from the approved brand toolkit. Working alongside all internal departments and with our clients to ensure creative solutions are delivered to high standards at all times.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for complete development of specific projects, from concept, through design, to creating media-ready artwork across multiple channels
*
Supporting in large scale adaptation for windows across multiple stores and ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to
*
Championing brand guidelines and ensuring best in class creative is output in each channel or touch point
*
Managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages from design to artwork, keeping to deadlines.
*
Liaising with the client services team, internal studio team and external vendors for artwork checks.
*
Develop creative solutions to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with our client’s account teams and end-client marketing teams.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*
Excellent working knowledge of Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, PowerPoint and Word.
*
Proven track record of creative artworking and large campaign adaptation
*
Experience in retail and fashion sector preferred
*
Excellent creative and technical skills in print & digital design, strong attention to detail essential.
*
Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check.
*
Easy-going, able to multi-task, deal with multiple rounds of: edits, amends, scrapping things and starting over.
*
Flexible and can adapt to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
*
Open to constructive criticism and can maintain a great attitude under pressure
