Senior Architect – Technically Focused

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum
Award-winning, multi-disciplinary Architecture practice seeks Senior Architect to join their growing team in a highly sophisticated studio based in Central London.
The RIBA chartered practice has over 40 years experience internationally with an extensive portfolio across all sectors. Successfully delivering complex architectural projects, the firm are delighted by their best in class solutions.
An opportunity now exists for a technically-focused Senior Architect to become an important part of their collaborative team and deliver on a wide range of projects. Ideally, you will have a proven track record of delivering technically demanding projects across multiple sectors.
REVIT/ BIM are the main software packages used within the practice so would be a highly essential attribute for you to have.
Senior Architect Requirements:
RIBA 3 qualified Architect – 6 Years minimum experience
Demonstrable experience in taking projects through all RIBA stages
Technically focused experience across multiple sectors
High proficiency with the use of both BIM & REVIT
Confident job runner with previous project delivery experience
An awareness of standard UK Building regulations
Confident in coordinating and liaising with other consultants
Motivate & manage junior team member
Experience of liaising with local authority planning departments
