Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £60000 – £70000/annum

We are currently recruiting for a Head of HR & Talent to join our client on a full-time permanent basis based in the City of London.
Please note this role will require you to be on site 4 days a week in your first 6 months
Reporting to the Managing Director you initially will operate in a standalone capacity whilst the function grows, however team management experience is essential as the role will develop quickly over the next 12 months.
This is a brand-new role to the business and will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and growing top talent in line with companies’ values, across all levels of an organisation. The successful applicant will develop enviable talent management and development initiatives, that helps them achieve their business objectives.
About you
HR Experience working in sectors such as – Pharma, Media, Digital, Publishing or Gaming
Strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
Proven work experience as a Head of Talent/HR or similar role
Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development.
A commercial mindset and be analytical in approach.
Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions.
Analytical and able to interpret data
Experience delivering employee training programmes
Strong understanding of employment legislation
Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
