User Researcher – Remote Working

Salary : £250/day

We're on the hunt for an experienced, enthusiastic User Researcher to join a growing tech company on an initial 3 month remote working contract. As User Researcher you'll play a key role in ensuring the business understand their clients' user base to identify potential opportunities to improve their online experience and shape new product offerings.

Working closely with colleagues within the Product and UX teams internally and external client teams, you will be responsible for;

Defining and running a variety of research methods
Working on research activities, representing the voice and mindset of the customer, from the approach through to interpretation of insights and output recommendations.
Analysing and interpreting multiple sources of data, incorporating qualitative feedback (e.g. customer interviews/groups, usability testing) and quantitative data (analytics, A/B testing, surveys) to identify the most valuable insights.
Reporting back key insights to inform road-map for pipeline digital products and services
Grounded in solid customer-centric thinking, to be considered for this User Researcher contract, you must have the following skills and experience:

Broad knowledge of qualitative research techniques (some Quantitative)
Ideally previous experience conducting User Research in online banking or home moving markets
Exceptional communication skills, able to gather requirements and present confidently to key stakeholders
Be detailed, focussed and rigorous in your practice
A degree in a suited field (i.e. Psychology)
Ability to work at a rapid pace
The role itself…
You'll be working with the business to conduct a number of User Research projects to support the Product & UX teams development of their B2B products, as well as sharing valuable insights with clients. Understanding the customer needs is key to being successful in this role as be actively involved in setting up consumer workshops/ interviews which you will then analyse the results of to discuss both internally and with the client.
