We have several opportunities for Account Managers working predominantly remotely for our client, a company specializing in the exhibition sector. Candidates will ideally be northern based to meet with the business requirements. The role is essentially a remote working role but some time at the office or attending meetings will be required from time to time.

The salary for the position is completely flexible, the package offered will depend on the experience that the candidate applying has. There is also a fantastic benefits package available for the right candidate.

Reponsibilities

· Maintain records of clients’ past exhibition activities & business practices.

· Gain a strong and thorough understanding of clients’ products, services, exhibition practices, workflow procedures & ongoing marketing goals.

· Attend planning meetings & interface with a variety of client departments across the business as required.

· Coordinate activities of the businesses 3rd party vendors and clients outside agencies.

· Collaborate with client exhibition & brand groups to define needs; determine and execute exhibition and project deliverables.

· Work with designers for project information and estimates.

· Create detailed project cost proposals and present to clients.

· Work with Designers for project info and estimates whilst maintaining communications with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure production activities are progressing as specified in project timelines and costs are controlled.

· Manage and track all show/client shipments to ensure timely delivery where required.

· Attend show venue to supervise construction, fulfil client requirements for show-site support through to dismantling as required.

· Accurately allocate and report applied time on a bi-weekly basis.

· Monitor job costs in order to effectively manage project budgets and achieve or exceed forecasted show profit.

· Review invoice against proposal to determine variances. Investigate unexplained variances to determine validity and accuracy.

· Keep regular contact and updates with the Account Director providing timely reports as required; deliver presentations internally and externally.

Requirements

· Ability to work in consultative manner with internal teammates, 3rd party vendors and client contacts at a variety of levels.

· Communication (verbal, written and listening skills), with excellent spelling, grammar and the ability to produce error-free documents
