Installation Project Coordinator – Large Format Print
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
Position: Installation Project Manager
Salary: Up to £30k – Dependant on Experience
My client is a leading specialist within the large format graphics sector that provide design, production and installations services to their prestigious clients. Their knowledge and experience are unparalleled in the print sector and they are now looking to add an Install Coordinator to their growing team in surrey.
They are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:
– Booking in print jobs & scheduling freelancers via telephone
– Managing emails
– Managing spreadsheet, in putting data and making schedules
– Communicating with outsource teams
– Contacting clients and arranging access times and booking in these jobs
– Monitoring costs & PO's
– Admin duties, photocopying and filling out paperwork.
Our client is looking for someone who has a strong track record in a similar position within the large format print and / or signage industries. The role comes with an excellent remuneration scheme and an opportunity to develop skills to progress up the career ladder within this business into a Project Management role.
