Conrad Consulting are working alongside a well-renowned architectural practice based in Chelmsford to add an adept Architectural Technologist to their reputable design & planning team. This design-led practice are currently working on a variety of notable projects within the Residential, Commercial and Extra Care sectors.

It is vital that any Architectural Technologist looking to apply for the position is fully REVIT proficient and can demonstrate this with a comprehensive portfolio of work with evidence of project experience within the UK Architectural industry.
Architectural Technologists at an intermediate or senior level are required. The ability to work confidently in a team as well as autonomously will be crucial in order to adopt a senior position within the company.
Architectural Technologist Essential Requirements:
Relevant Architectural qualification
Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
Experience preparing feasibility schemes
Ability to prepare planning drawings for planning application purposes.
Full proficiency with REVIT
Candidates should also be capable of using AutoCAD & Photoshop
A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Architectural Technologist, likely to be in the range of £30 – £40k per annum dependant on experience.
