Project Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £33000 – £38000/annum
Conrad Consulting are currently presenting the unique opportunity for an established and experienced Projects to join a busy Architectural practice in their modern, central Manchester studio.
This company have offices located throughout the UK to accommodate an expansive and diverse range of clients and projects across the country. Traditionally their portfolio encompasses projects within the Residential and Commercial sectors. They have also invested heavily in growing their presence in other sectors such as Higher Education, Retail & Leisure amongst others. The Manchester office is home to around 12 members of staff but they have serious plans for 2022 to increase headcount. This would be an excellent time for an ambitious Architect to join the company. There is the opportunity here for fast progression to Senior & Associate level.
The ideal candidate will be an ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with a proven track record working on projects up to the value of £5m. This role will include working with the support of Senior staff in Manchester and colleagues across the regional offices. Interpersonal skills are very important as is the ability to present your ideas coherently
Ideally the Architect will meet the following criteria:
ARB/RIBA Qualification. Minimum 2 Years post qualification experience.
An existing portfolio comprising Commercial and Residential projects.
Job running experience would be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient using AutoCAD (REVIT Training can be offered).
A competitive salary is on offer between £33,000 – £38,000 per annum (Dependent on experience level).
