This role is being offered full-time in the agency’s Guildford studio, with the flexibility to work at home one day a week.

Our client is a branding and digital design agency who work for global sports brands, cutting edge tech brands, and other established brands across the UK.
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Creative digital brand designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented junior designer to be involved in the company’s future growth and you will be part of a successful team of passionate people who enjoy solving problems and deliver creativity across branding, product launches and UX & UI design projects. The successful candidate will have exposure to large global sports brands as well as smaller tech brands and boutique companies. This is an environment for you to be creative, grow and thrive.
What You’ll Bring:
The successful applicants’ main responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
* Conceptualising fresh ideas for a wide range of branding and digital projects
* Working closely with the Creative Director and Designers as well as the Accounts Team to help build client relationship
* Working to a brief to deliver creative but functional ideas on time and on budget
* Understanding and delivering creative solutions for internal project and presentations
* Liaising with clients when required
* Ability to juggle multiple projects competently
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
* Passion for visual identity, digital in equal measure
* Strong typography, layout and technical skills with good attention to detail
* Confident presenting and communicating strong ideas internally
* Digital design skills and experience
* Organised and able to self-manage, flex to different clients and prioritise to meet deadlines
* Know all the tools of the trade (Adobe CC and Figma) and have a hunger to learn more
* Passion for sports a plus and an interest in motion graphics would be advantageous but not essential
