Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £42000/annum
Senior Architectural Technologist required to join leading, Preston-based Architectural practice on a full-time, permanent basis.
If you are an Architectural Technician or Technologist living and working in Lancashire you will know that there are only a handful of companies that can guarantee exposure to the bigger and more interesting projects in both the local area and further afield. This company have gone from strength to strength in recent years and in light of several newly-commissioned schemes have an immediate requirement for an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join their growing team in Preston. They work across a multitude of design sectors including Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail, Education and everything in between.
The successful candidate here will meet [Most of] the following criteria:
✓ Relevant Architectural/Technical qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
✓ Minimum 5 years practical experience.
✓ UK-based experience.
✓ Knowledge/experience within one of the following sectors: Commercial/Office/Education/Retail/Residential
✓ Good REVIT & AutoCAD capabilities.
✓ Written and Verbal communication skills – High level.
