Content Designer – CX – 12 month contract – Mobile Telecoms – Berkshire and home working

Content Designers are responsible for creating customer and advisor-facing support content across Three's multichannel platforms, aligned with CX journeys and business / technical requirements.

What else the job involves

* Working alongside CX team and Journey Designers to create copy for customer and advisor-facing digital self-service and purchase journeys across Three's web and app platforms

* Working under tight deadlines to deliver content aligned with CX journeys, as well as business and technical requirements

* Working across a range of content workstreams, with differing objectives and approaches

* Working closely with the wider digital transformation team to understand project and business requirements

* Creating audience-appropriate copy aligned with Three's tone of voice and legal guidelines

* Working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key skills:

· Strong understanding of digital CX principles

· Editorial / content background, with a portfolio reflecting experience

· Experience creating copy to specific tone of voice and style guidelines

· A keen eye for detail, accuracy and consistency

· Ability to work cross-channel and cross-platform

· Be comfortable working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders

· An understanding of how content can impact online customer journeys

· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

· Excellent creative and communication skills

· An open and proactive approach to working with other team members

Nice-to-have

· Industry-specific understanding of digital communications
