Salary : £19000 – £24000/annum
A growing construction company located in Ipswich, Suffolk are currently recruiting for a Graduate Landscape Architect to join their team.
This is a permanent role, looking to pay between £19,000 – £24,000 per annum and has some brilliant benefits (which are all listed below).

What does the position involve?
As a Graduate Landscape Architect you will be required to produce BIM compliant working drawings and specifications
Communicate effectively with team members internally and clients externally
Prepare scheme designs and specifications for the completion of projects
Arrange the applications for planning
Work around constraining factors such as planning legislation, building regulations, environmental impact and project budget
Landscape Planning work (Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment)
Preparing Health & Safety Risk assessments, carrying out and drawing measured surveys
Make sure that projects are completed on-time and within the given budget
Look for ideas to continuously improve the landscape studios design processes
Provide and present useful reports and good quality design proposals to clients
Candidate requirements:
Degree within Landscape Architecture is required
Excellent design and drawings skills
Fantastic communication abilities, both written & verbal
Proficient user of all Microsoft packages
Strong user of CAD
Keen interest in the built environment is preferableIndustry – Design and Creative
