Role:
This newly created position acts as key line of communication between two departments. Marketing and Design. Reporting into the Innovation Director, the Creative Brand Designer will act as a bridge for the communication between the two departments. After marketing sign off responsibility will cross to Design and creation of artwork that aligns with marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Has anoverview of all work coming via all channels, ensuring that briefs are tailoredto each channel for maximum conversion.
* Ensuringthat artwork remains consistent.
* Designalteration across channels to maximise customer engagement.
* Uses understandingof the Marketing team to devise creative briefs that allows the design team toproduce artwork of a high standard in both monetary and design terms.
* Preparationand delivery of PowerPoint presentations that effectively brief the Design team.
* Creatinga strategy behind each piece of artwork / marketing comms to generates a returnon cost.
* Creatingand using reporting tools that will track the performance of all online artworkwith a focus on continuous improvement.
* Cross platform (Artwork, CTAs etc, Social media platform).
* Ensuringconsistency and continuity with imagery on ecommerce alignment.
* Ensuringan end-to-end smooth customer transfer from all online promotions through toproduct specific pages and final check-out.
* Actingas an affiliate banners expert to ensure artwork is appropriate and maximisesCTR and conversions.
* Ensuresgood understanding of TPD regulations.
* Analysisof industry trends and external competitors.
* Alignmentof marketing assets across all our marketing (offline, web, motion renders,physical renders, social, email etc.).
* Providesfinal approval of all artworks in collaboration with Design, prior topresenting back to Marketing. Providing feedback with clear and concise direction.
What you have;
* Proven experience in managing / planning high level marketing campaigns acrossmultiple channels (offline and digital).
* Proven strategicknowledge of working with social media platforms and affiliates.
* Confidentworking in a fast-paced environment with a key focus on time management.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with ability to work with multiple internal departments to ensure all fully approved, key assets are delivered into specific channels in line with pre-agreed schedules.
* A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
* Experience and ability to track all projects to ensure all deadlines are met, with all artworks 100% hitting the brief.
* Strong IT competency, including good understanding of MS software – (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
* Desirable knowledge of project management tools.
