Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our team on a permanent basis. In return, we offer excellent rates of pay with overtime available and company pension scheme.
We are a bespoke high end residential and commercial joinery manufacturing company in Leicester.
The Bench Hand Joiner will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling and finishing bespoke joinery to a high standard.

The successful Bench Hand Joiner will:
* Have previous experience in bench joinery
* Be competent in using woodworking machinery and handheld tools
* Have the ability to read drawings and work with own initiative
* Hold a full driving licence
* Be required to work from time to time onsite, mainly London
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00.
PAY UP TO £16.00 WITH OVERTIME AT TIME AND HALF AFTER 42 HOURS!! BEST RATES ON THE MARKET!!!!
Immediate start with over time available through 2021 and beyond.

CAD DESIGNER FOR BESPOKE JOINERY
Job description
A leading bespoke and specialist joinery manufacturer and installation company based in Leicester.
We have an immediate and ongoing requirement for CAD Draughtsman on a permanent basis to work from the office.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
* Co-ordinate design concepts with designers, architects, sub-contractors and other relevant personnel
* Produce drawings to the appropriate level of detail (including specialist materials) for construction
* Ensure drawings produced are cost efficient
* Convert architectural drawings into manufacturing drawings for approval
* Co-ordinate ordering of specialist materials with procurement i.e. metalwork and ironmongery
* Able to produce CNC drawings for manufacture or a knowledge of CNC .
The person:
You must have a good all round knowledge of AutoCAD and have a sound joinery background. The role requires the ability to convert client drawings/requirements into joinery manufacture detail.
* Practical joinery knowledge for a minimum of 4 years
* AutoCAD
* Knowledge of pre-assembly techniques

* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Time Management skills
* Commercial awareness
