Junior Facilities CAD Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Contract, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum
initial 12 months contract with the posibility for a permanent position
The opportunity
Project: Global investment company
To provide AutoCAD assistance to the EMEA Space Planner and Moves Manager, and additional ad-hoc Facilities assistance to the rest of the FM team where required.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the project and moves and changes (MAC) and drawing maintenance.

Upkeeping of global CAD library, support moves BAU and projects.
*
Covering the facilities tasks including, finance, FM admin and other ad hoc requests.
*
Supporting with DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments for H&S, content maintenance for intranet pages.
About you
AutoCAD qualifications and/or practical draughting experience. Comprehensive use of key Office 365 products. An understanding or awareness of CAFM/IWMS systems.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have a similar role in a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities the company has to offer
