Product Development Coordinator – High End Product Design

Salary : £32000 – £38000/annum + benefits + bonus + commission
A Product Development Coordinator is required by our premium product design client on a permanent basis. This role is based in London – split office and remote working.
Client:
Our client design and develop premium products for the hospitality sector. They work with hotels and restaurants to create beautiful, intelligently designed products to help them deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role:
You will be responsible for oversight of the bespoke client product development service. This is end-to-end, full lifecycle development of new client products from qualifying requests, defining milestones, quality and budget, through to delivery of the product.
This role will work closely with the sales team, internal design team, clients and suppliers. You will need to be a strong communicator, highly organised and have a strong commercial acumen.
Essential skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience working on full lifecycle product development projects within a design, hospitality, or similar environment.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and client facing.
Strong stakeholder and supplier management experience.
A strong technical understanding of product development – ideally within an innovation environment.
Commercial acumen.
Quality focused.
Experienced in a client service delivery environment.
A formal project management qualification.
Degree level education (design or engineering) or equivalent experience.
