The role:
 
As a UX Designer at Artlist you will ensure that users are at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate  will develop data-driven insight, understand and collaborate with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user friendly software tools.
 
Key responsibilities:  

Understanding project specifications
Participating in user research
Analysing user requirements
Designing project concepts
Conducting usability testing and gather feedback
Gathering feedback and making changes as required
Research competitor projects and identify industry trends
Building and presenting great UX deliverables (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, journeys) whilst embedded within an agile environment.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to guide product owners, project managers and software developers in the development of new products and features using an iterative design process that incorporates regular feedback.Key Requirements: 

Degree (or equivalent) in Design or similar 
Proven experience in creating and implementing UX design
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and others.
Familiarity with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Highly competent project management skills 
Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to optimise data for the best possible outcome
Experience creating storyboards, wireframes and prototypes 
Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
