Furniture Designer Job in Chelsea, London

Furniture Designer/FF&E Designer required for a world-renowned company, creating and overseeing the manufacture/delivery of highly bespoke pieces for F&B and hospitality projects across the globe.

With an ever-growing portfolio of clients, this practice is famous for its luxurious and high-profile projects. Their eclectic yet sophisticated interiors are regularly published in design magazines and winners of design accolades. Having recently secured further projects, their London team is currently looking for a talented Furniture Designer/FF&E Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar role as a Furniture Designer or FF&E Designer, ideally within the hospitality and F&B sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and specification of highly bespoke furniture and lighting
Produce technical drawings and joinery detailing
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
Work with and mentor junior members of the FF&E team
Hand drawing/sketchingRequired Skills & Experience

Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max
Ideally, degree qualified in furniture or product design, or similar
4+ years in a similar role
Highly knowledgeable of furniture design and construction/manufacturingWhat you get back

Salary of up to £40,000, higher salaries also considered depending on experienceApply
