And to help us do that, we're looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer to design and create new and innovative concepts that challenge the norm!
We’re not really what you’d call an agency; we’re more of an idea. Think of a charity like Barnardo’s, or a health care provider like Bupa, or even an F1 team like Renault Motor Sports, and you’re getting there. We’re all about 'inspiring candidates to fall in love with what our clients do’ rather than churn out pretty imagery and cool videos. But we’re brilliant at those too — the awards we’ve received back up that punchy statement.
Look at you…
You’ll need a complete understanding of digital design, typography, and pride yourself on the highest standards of work. You’ll be a modern thinker, alongside the experience to execute and present projects of all types and sizes. Based at our beautiful studio just outside of Cirencester, rarely are two challenges the same; one day you’ll be designing for a mix of online campaigns, from career microsites to landing pages, another day it’ll be offline projects from trade recruitment stands to books and brochures. Whatever the project, you’ll see it off with resourcefulness and dedication as part of a great team.
We’ll need you to demonstrate a technical understanding of:
* Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
* Project management software — the studio runs on our Asana programme which is easy to learn if you have the know-how!
Desirable extras include:
* Adobe After Effects
* Sketch
* Zeplin
* Marvel
