Are you a CIAT Member seeking an opportunity to grow your expertise within Architectural Technology?
We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an enthusiastic and well-informed RIBA Practice that has 8 partners, 60+ staff and 5 national offices. This practice is located in Gloucester, near the Quay, and pride themselves in their forward-thinking and dynamic approach to design, hence their wide range of projects.
This RIBA Chartered Practice is seeking an Architectural Technologist due to their continued growth to contribute to projects varying from Commercial & Industrial, Residential, Sports, to Education. The highly successful team have established a solid portfolio, and you could be a part of the business expansion!
As an Architectural Technologist, you are expected to possess an eye for detail and design, obtaining strong communication and management skills, able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You must be enthusiastic, confident, committed, and well-organised to be a successful candidate. This RIBA Charted Practice utilise Revit as their main software.
The Position: Architectural Technologist
·Manage contracts & project certifications
·Oversee design-stage risk assessments
·Confidence in liaising with appropriate authorities
·Lead the detailed design process
·Proficient in Revit
·Contribute to planning applications
·Knowledge of Cobie data is an advantage
·Generate a wide range of working drawing packages
The salary for this position is £25K – £35K (DOE).
What do we want from you?
·BSc Hons or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
·CIAT Membership or relevant professional body
·Minimum 3 years experience
·Understanding of NBS
·Essential to have building regulation knowledge
