One of the Leading UK banks are looking for a Visual Designer to sit within there technical team.
Role Description
We’re looking for a someone with a background within Visual Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and pleasing visual design solutions. You’ll have an eye for visual interaction details, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
Day to Day Activities
Using and evolving a mature design system, ensuring consistency and quality for customers.
Collaborating with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer values.
Working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders, in sprints, retrospectives and reviews, to develop user centred solutions within project timeframes.
Sharing the design decision making process with internal stakeholders.
Using and evolving a mature design system, ensuring consistency and quality for customers.
Experience Required
Familiarity with Sketch, Abstract and Adobe Suite, Proto-pi, InVision, or Figma.
Experience of delivering interface designs for applications, in high performance environments.
Understanding and ensuring the fronts, colours and designs fall within policies and procedures for the client.
The ability to translate customer insights and ideas into designed experiences, then being able to show these and be able to explain the story behind each idea.
Experienced in designing for both responsive web and mobile platforms such as Android or iOS
