Conrad Consulting are recruiting for an Architect to join a busy Architectural studio near Stockport.
This Medium sized studio works across a wide range of project types including: Commercial, Leisure and Residential schemes. There is an increasingly diverse project workload in the pipeline, of which you will be tasked with managing and delivering over the next few years.
This practice has a local feel about it, and supplies an extensive list of repeat-user clients throughout Cheshire and the North-West region. Not only this, but with a growing reputation on a national scale, this practice have successfully delivered schemes across the UK and Ireland.
Our current vacancy here would be best suited to an Experienced Architect, ideally with a minimum 3 years practical experience working in UK Architectural practices. They are continuing to implement REVIT as their recent and future workload is required to be at BIM level 2 standard. New hires within the business would gain frequent exposure to REVIT.
Your initial responsibilities will include:
Deliver Projects across all RIBA workstages.
Utilising AutoCAD Software (REVIT not essential for new hires).
Undertaking managerial responsibilities if required.
Providing support to less experienced members of staff where required.
Attending site meetings.
Preparing building regulation applications, working drawings and planning applications.
As your role within the company grows you will likely be working towards Associate level: one of the many benefits of working within a medium-sized, bespoke design studio.
Salary: £34,000-£40,000
