We are an architectural practice that has the aspiration for both the architectural planning and design aspects for the residential sector under the company called Extension Architecture. And the more commercial based YKGroup.
Team of 14, we are based in Battersea, 9 mins walk from Clapham Junction station.
We are currently actively looking for an Mid weight Architectural technologist /Architectural technologist intern
Mid weight will be asked to create :
oversee building regulation drawings for mainly residential projects, new build and extensions, overseeing M&E plans
Create tender packs
oversee contractural terms
oversee the site progress with our PM and create reports
Interns who are willing and passionate about residential architecture and want to grow as part of a rapidly growing studio. We are looking for someone who is organised and motivated.

For the mid-weight position, we will look to review the salary depending on experience upto £35k per anum with bonuses available if KPIs are met.
For the internships, this is an unpaid position for 3 months (expenses up to £10 per day is paid) with the possibility of a full time paid position upon completion of a successful internship.
