My Client is looking for talented Architectural Technician/Technologists, and strong team players with a minimum of 3 years proven UK experience producing working/detailed drawing packages for schemes within the residential sectors, preferably for large housing developers. Working to tight deadlines, you will have a good understanding of the UK Planning and Building Regulations, and NBS as well as strong communicate skills, both written and verbal.
AutoCAD skills a must, Revit is desirable but training will be given.
This role is with a large and busy multi-disciplinary practice offering a great friendly environment, and the opportunity to progress. Salary DOE and benefits
