Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
This consultancy who encompass design, planning and technical services for the housing industry have acquired new projects that require immediate attention. They are involved with bespoke and large scale commissions for noted clients and have a good order book for 2019.
Based in the technical department you will be involved from day one producing elevations, site plans and building regulation drawings. This role will see you working with external consultants and clients throughout the process and attedning site meetings.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have worked for consultancies or housebuilders with AutoCAD skills. You must have a good knowledge of construction legislations and will hold an HNC as a minimum with construction or a related discipline.
They have created an enjoyable working environment where efforts are rewarded and have a good record in promoting from within the ranks. You will enjoy the variety of the job in a modern office with good motorway access and free parking.
