Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £33000 – £38000/annum
One of Cardiff's longest running, largest practices are active across many of the key sectors they are involved in including healthcare, housing and education. They provide clients with architecture, interior design, visualisation and urban design services and are now looking for additional technical support.
You will hit the ground running from day one contributing with planning and technical information on projects ranging from £5m to £40m. This post will see you attending site meetings and coordinating work.
In order to be successful you will have an eye for detail and an outstanding knowledge of the construction legislations. You will be fluid with REVIT and be able to produce full working drawing packages.
